Designed and implemented internal & external communications process through key themes, target audience identification, delivery systems, frequency timelines, format standards, and effectiveness evaluations. Integrated this process into all major business initiatives.

Participated in meetings with security analysts and investors to review HR initiative planning, execution and results. Achieved understanding of the linkage between leadership, employee engagement, customer loyalty and business outcomes  – and HR’s impact on these variables. Presented the results of  human capital initiatives on revenues and operating margin through the utilization of predictive modeling.

Managed PR with electronic and print media and served as company spokesperson on many occasions. Achieved more than one million favorable responses to business initiatives. Effectively handled crisis communications, interviews, appearances, and coverage with multiple publications such as WSJ, Business Week, Time Magazine, Business to Business, Financial Times, Bloomberg, CEO Magazine, Strategy & Business, Business Week, NY Times, Harvard Business Review, US News & World Report, HR Executive Magazine, Fast Company, Stars and Stripes, Automotive News, Workplace, etc.

Created and implemented a process to analyze legislative initiatives from a 9-Block high/medium/low ranking of “need to influence” and “ability to control” which provided focus for legislative actions, both proactive and reactive – which assured a higher opportunity for success and prudent funding allocation. Selected to work with US House of Representatives Labor and Employment sub-committee on the National Employment Priorities Act. Led negotiations with Governors of three states on tax apportionment and workforce incentive arrangements – at the time, achieved one of the highest value negotiated arrangements in the United States.  Selected as a Consultant to White House Advisor on Department of Defense initiative. US Secretary of Veteran Affairs appointment to Advisory Committee on Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom for Veterans and Families. Testified before the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Employment & Workplace Safety Committee on enhancing cooperation between employers and guardsmen and Reservists. Testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Veterans Affairs Committee Hearing on Military Hiring.  Received commemorative recognition award from General Eric K. Shinseki, Chief of Staff, United States Army.
